Competition and Consumer Act
For the purposes of Schedule 2 of the Australian Consumer Law, in particular Sections 51 to 53, 64 and 64A of Part 3-2, Division 1, Subdivision A of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), mykabukigirl.com ‘s liability for any breach of a term of this agreement is limited to: the supplying of the goods or services to you again; the replacement of the goods; or the payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied to you again.
You must be over 18 years of age to use this website and to purchase any goods or services.
Delivery of goods
Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies around the world.
For physical goods (found on the page MKG Creations) I use Print on Demand providers around the world. I will strive to manually route your order to the print provider closest to you, but this might not always be possible as some items might be out of stock at your closest print provider, or only printed in limited countries (items in the “special orders” category are only printed in Europe or US).
For this reason, deliveries may take up to 45 days from the purchase of the item.
Different types of items incur in different shipping fees, as some items might have to be printed overseas.
If you realise that any order details are not correct (size, colour, delivery address) or if you wish to cancel the order please contact me immediately. Unfortunately, once the order goes to production, it will not be possible for me to change any of the order details, nor to cancel/refund the order.
In the case of damaged or lost orders, I will strive to assist you within 72 hours and will ask for detailed pictures of damaged items.
Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of mykabukigirl.com.
Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of my digital goods, please contact me so I may try to assist you.
Returns and refunds
mykabukigirl.com handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
I am not able to accept returns, as I am not directly printing in-house, but use print providers.
Reprints or refunds will be considered for items that arrive to you already damaged or with poor quality of the print.
If you are not happy with your purchase, please send me an email to mykabukigirl@gmail.com within 7 days from the delivery of the order, and include: the order number, the issue, pictures of the entire item where the fault is visible.
No reprints or refunds will be processed in case you didn’t follow the instructions specific to the item you purchased (e.g. sizing, washing instructions, exposure to sun etc).
No reprints or refunds will be made if you change your mind.
